TICKET POLICIES

Tickets available for purchase online ONLY. The Dillon Amphitheater does not offer in person ticket sales until the day of the show. 

WARNING: NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIRD PARTY TICKET SELLERS

The Dillon Amphitheater uses Tixr as it's main ticketing platform. Many ticket re-sellers such as Stubhub and Seat Geeks, Tickets Today etc., may be offering Dillon tickets at inflated prices.  You should purchase your tickets to Dillon concerts only at dillonamphitheater.com for the greatest likelihood of getting the lowest prices possible and to be guaranteed that your ticket is legitimate. Dillon cannot guarantee ticket purchases made at other websites.

Ticket Delivery:

When purchasing Dillon tickets for any Dillon Amphitheater performance, there are only these three legitimate and fail-safe methods of purchase and delivery:

Purchase On This Website:

By purchasing on this website, you will receive delivery of your tickets instantaneously via either:

  1. An email with the ticket(s) attached as a PDF for you to print out and present upon arrival for admittance to the venue.
  2. A scanning code to your mobile device to present upon arrival for admittance to the venue.

Purchase at Dillon Amphitheater Box Office on Day of Show:

IF any tickets remain: Box Office opens 60 minutes prior to gates opening on the day of show. Located at 135 W. Lodgepole Street, Dillon, CO 80435.

The 2023 Concert Schedule will be announced in the early spring this year, making it easy to plan your summer. Sign-up to be a member of the Dillon Amphitheater Community on the Dillon Amphitheater home-page and receive information about upcoming shows, pre-sale, and other special offers.

Ticket Availability:

Ordering tickets is always based on availability. To enhance your opportunity to access the best tickets, please sign up as a member on the DillonAmphitheater.com home-page.

Seating:

Total capacity: 3,656.

Gate Entry:

General Public Admittance Time is typically 60 minutes prior to Show Time. Show Times vary. Please see specific Show information.

Exchanges:

No Ticket exchanges are allowed.

Children’s Prices: 

Children under 2 are admitted free without a ticket. Children 3 and over are required to purchase a ticket. Out of consideration for other patrons, please use discretion when choosing to bring a young child or infant.

Accessibility Information:

The following info applies to the Dillon Amphitheater:

Patron unloading is available near wheelchair accessible seating and restrooms. Limited accessible seating is available in both the reserved and lawn seating areas. Wheelchair accessible seating is general admission (lawn prices), located directly in front of the Concessions, and must be requested when purchasing tickets. One guest may sit with the patron requiring accessible seating.

Limited ADA parking is available in the upper parking lot. A valid state-issued permit is required for the accessible parking lot.

RESERVED Tickets:

RESERVED Tickets are available for a limited number of shows per season. Unless otherwise specified on a per show basis, RESERVED offers you seating space in the Orchestra 2 area of the concrete seating bowl. Seats are not provided in the concrete bowl. It is recommended that you bring a camp chair for this section.

Refunds and Cancellations:

All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds unless Dillon Amphitheater cancels the performance. Ticketing fees are not refundable. As long as conditions are safe, the show is expected by all to go on and typically does go on regardless of weather.

Rain Policy:

Concerts take place rain or shine unless conditions endanger the safety of artists and the public. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless the entire show is canceled prior to the start. Please come prepared and dress accordingly (rain gear, ponchos, etc.). Umbrellas are allowed up until showtime, at which point, they must be closed.

Lost/Stolen Tickets:

Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be replaced.
